• Connections and usage: Mentor/mentee connections, matching data, and in‑app activity.

• Payments: If you make payments, we collect transaction data. Payment processing is handled by third‑party providers and we do not store full payment card details.
• Crash logs and diagnostics: Technical logs to improve app stability and performance.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the Service, including matching and messaging.
• Maintain account security, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms.
• Process payments and provide customer support.
• Analyze app performance and troubleshoot issues.

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with:

Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app Settings. Deleting your account will remove your profile and access to the Service. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period as required by law or operational needs.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
